Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Poker Sense (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Poker Sense is an educational poker training application for iOS. The App provides:
The App uses play-money chips with no real-world cash value. Play-money chips:
The App is not a real-money gambling application. It is a training and educational tool.
The App is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling content. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.
The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
This App is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, in addition to these Terms.
All content in the App — including but not limited to software, AI models, coaching algorithms, graphics, UI design, and text — is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is an educational tool designed to help you improve your poker understanding. Use of the App does not guarantee success in real poker games. The AI opponents and coaching analysis provide approximations and are not “solved” or perfect strategies. Poker involves inherent variance and uncertainty.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App does not provide:
Coaching features are scoped exclusively to hands played within the App.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
