Poker Sense (“the App”) is developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles your information.

Summary

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data stays on your device.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or share any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Analytics, diagnostics, or usage data
• Browsing or search history
• Contacts, photos, or other device data

Local Storage

The App stores game data (hand histories, coaching analytics, drill results, and user preferences) locally on your device using a SQLite database and UserDefaults. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible to the developer or any third party
• Can be deleted at any time by clearing app data in Settings or uninstalling the App

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or process any payment information. Subscription management, billing, and receipts are handled by Apple per their Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools. The App operates fully offline.

Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling content (play-money poker). It does not knowingly collect information from children under 17. The App contains no real-money gambling functionality and no mechanism for users to wager, transfer, or cash out any in-app currency.

Data Deletion

To delete all App data, you can:

1. Go to iPhone Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Poker Sense > Delete App
2. Or use the “Clear All Data” option within the App’s Settings screen

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
